Can I switch from Pro to Starter without losing my mods?
Yes. Your published mods remain live and publicly accessible. Only your private storage allocation and API access revert to Starter limits upon downgrading.

Does the Server Host tier include actual game server hosting?
No. ModVault provides the mod distribution, version control, and dependency resolution infrastructure. You connect your existing Arma 3, DayZ, or Minecraft server via our secure webhook endpoints.

What payment methods do you accept?
We process all transactions via Stripe. Credit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers are supported. Enterprise contracts can be invoiced quarterly or annually with a 12% discount.

Is there a free trial for Pro or Enterprise?
Pro Modder includes a 14-day full-feature trial with no credit card required. Enterprise customers receive a 30-day sandbox environment with a dedicated implementation engineer.
